How much is the cost of Reflexology?

Foot Reflexology costs £45 for daytime appointments and £55 for evening appointments, Facial Reflexology is £50 for daytime & £60 for evening appointments.

How long is a treatment?

Treatment time is approximately 50 minutes, but I would allow an hour for the appointment.

I can provide a longer treatment time of 90 minutes - prices start from £55

Do you charge for initial consultation?

I charge £5 for the initial consultation, this is payable at your first appointment.

Can you have Foot and Facial Reflexology at the same appointment?

Yes, Please allow extra time for this.

Do you offer “Packages?”

Yes I offer Five different Packages, covering various needs I can also tailor something to your requirements if you so wish, please contact me for further details.

How do you take payment?

Payment is made after your treatment either by cash or card.

Where are you based?

I have a treatment room at my home in Bexley Village, off street parking is available on my drive.

Do you do “Mobile treatments” and where do you travel too?

Yes, I travel within a 5 mile Radius of Bexley Village, Kent. Some of the areas I cover are Bexley, Albany Park, Sidcup, Bexleyheath, Barnehurst, Crayford and Dartford. For Daytime treatments this costs an extra £5. Evening treatments are always “mobile” based.

What hours do you work?

I work Monday to Friday from 9.30 - 2pm, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings I work from 7.30pm - 9.30pm.

Do you treat children?

Yes, I usually provide shorter treatments, I will need the parent or guardian to be in the room when treating and the adult to sign the consent form. I am DBS checked. Please contact me for treatment prices.

How often should I have a treatment?

Although it’s fabulous to have just one treatment it is best to have a series of treatments in order to get to your goal or to keep you “balanced”. How often you have treatments is dependent on finances and your time availability, contact me for further details.

What if I’m unsure of having my feet touched?

A lot of people ask this, most people get over this fear once they have received a treatment, there is also the choice of receiving Facial Reflexology instead.

Are there any side effects of a Reflexology Treatment?

Reflexology is not intrusive and there are very few side effects to treatment. Most people are very relaxed or sleepy, although some may have high energy, fully alert and refreshed. A common side effect is an increased number visits to the toilet as Reflexology encourages the body to eliminate toxins.

Why do I feel cold/tired/thirsty after receiving a treatment?

This shows you the treatment has worked and your body has reacted well and the healing process will begin.

What is a healing crisis?

On the rare occasions you may react to a treatment usually in the first 24 hours for example you may get a bad headache or stomach ache, again this is proof that the treatment has worked if this does happen please tell me for future reference and drink plenty of water to get rid of the toxins from your body.

Do you do “Pamper Sessions”?

Yes please contact me directly concerning prices and availability.

Do you do Gift Vouchers?

Yes, This doesn’t necessarily need to be the full price of a treatment, (although I’m sure your loved one would appreciate it).
